Switchin from trial mode to personal use and losing data

I was using the free trial mode and limited my use to just one string of data about various projects. My free trial ended today and ALL my data is now hidden. The chatbot has only one answer which doesn’t hel at all. Asana’s only real answer is to BUY the programme.

It said FREE FOREVER at a minimal usage. How do I find my data or has Asana become a bunch of lying pirates?

I’m afraid you have to ask Contact our Sales Team • Asana for help. Explain to them what you wrote here and I think they will restore access and give you a chance to remove paid features that you are still using. If you can’t identify the problem, then please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.

This is a circular circus. I have tried contacting the support team. It gives me 0 useful answers.

The service just loops endlessly to your stupid very limited Ai system. Where are the humans?

My suggestion was to start with the Sales link I provided, not Support.

Re the AI chat, you can avoid it for Support by going to https://help.asana.com/ and clicking Get Support near the top right, then the Create Case button.
