Since you write that you’re new to Asana, but are considering advising a client using Asana to not use it. Are you familiar with all of Asana’s features? Many of us swear by Asana (and 60% of the Fortune 500 use it). You may be unaware, if you’re new, of other features we use where you might first choose swimlanes (or that swimlanes are present in Timeline view, in case you weren’t aware).
