It seems Asana does not support tumbnails for apples heic picture format?
If this is correct I would like to suggest to add it.

Agreed! Finding it annoying and dont want to revert to jpg on iphone. Asana please add support!

I agree! Asana, please add support for HEIC picture format as this is the direction photos are going. Not supporting it makes pictures our team is uploading useless to everyone else. Please fix!

with more users having Iphone’s this is getting more and more needed.
Bumping this. We could use native HEIC in Asana as well.
Please add this feature, Asana.
Another user begging for HEIC to work. I have to have all my employees change the setting in their phone and take lesser photos. This is dumb.

Asana, for all that’s good in the world, please support .heic format.
When adding a photo on the asana app, especially on modern devices, please convert to a format asana desktop can use.
For example, HEIC files on iPhones are not viewable in Asana web or desktop. Converting these to a usable format when adding ‘picture’ would be fantastic.
(alternatively allow asana web/desktop to show HEIC files.

Since the last major update, which also introduced lots of smileys, photos from the iPhone are now only uploaded as .heic files and the desktop no longer displays previews. Until then, it worked fine—the photos ended up as .jpeg files in Asana. Please bring this back. Not being able to see images severely restricts the workflow.
