Pretty silly bug this tbh.

Steps to reproduce:
Make a csv with the ‘subtask of’ column,
Put the child row above the parent.

Hi @itierney, thanks for reaching out!
I can confirm that this is not a bug but expected behaviour. To import subtasks successfully, they do need to be located under the parent task in the .csv file.
I hope this clarifies this for you

Classic “Its not a bug, its a feature” answer.
Can you give me 1 reason why you would want them to be under the parent?
I can give you 2 reasons why you wouldn’t:
- You don’t know what order they will be exported in.
- If you reorder the tasks yourself, for some reason its breaks.
I literally spent half a a day on this nonsense.
