Subtask Due Date Alert

Hi Everyone,

I’m trying to figure out how I can get alerts on both tasks and subtasks if due today or overdue. When I choose “Run on tasks and subtasks” in the rule setting, the “due date is approaching” and “task is overdue” are both greyed out. Is there a work around on this one?
