Sort tasks by project name

In list view it would be nice to be able to sort tasks by the Projects column, alphabetically.

Hi @Justine_D,

That’s not really possible from a design perspective because that column can have multiple values if the task is assigned to multiple additional projects, so Asana would have no way of knowing which of those values it should sort by.

@Justine_D, Until/if this gets supported in Asana, you can sort by Projects column in Asana2Go:

Of course @Phil_Seeman is correct too. In Asana2Go, it just sorts by the first project in the comma-separated list, ascending or descendings as you request.

Totally. Sorting by first project would be better than sorting by no project
