Currently using Asana and looking to determine what social media platform would best integrate. The goal is to use the scheduler then have those posts populate the content calendar, so that we don’t have to manually add those. It appears integrations are available through Zapier, but I can’t determine what the integration really means regarding functionality.
Hi @Beth_Osborne, welcome to the Asana Community Forum
You might this article on the Zapier + Asana integration helpful: Zapier + Asana: Connect all your team’s tools • Asana
As this integration is built and managed by Zapier, it might be best to email Zapier for further guidance.
I hope this helps!
Hi @Beth_Osborne , Michaela from Integromat here, welcome to the community!
There are two ways of approaching this. You could either push the to-be posts from Asana to a Social Media Management tool like Buffer or pull the contents and post them directly to your Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
Since you’re not opposed to introducing a third-party service to your workflows, I wanted to jump in and let you know that both of the processes could also be automated with Integromat. It’s a no-code automation platform that lets you connect your Asana account to pretty much any other online service.
To see what the possibilities are, you can check out the currently available features of the Asana and Buffer integrations.
Just a side note here: Building the automation that would publish the posts straight from Asana to your SM platforms would be a bit more complex to build.
