Slack integration not working

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

The Asana <> Slack integration continuously fails to send notifications. I’m able to get roughly one day of notifications before it stops working. I, and others at my company, have been removing and re-adding the integration every morning.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add the Asana integration to Slack
  2. Wait roughly one day
  3. Have another user trigger a notification in Asana and see that it does not appear in Slack

Browser version:

Chrome: Version 109.0.5414.119 (Official Build) (arm64)
Slack: Version 4.29.149

I would recommend reaching out to our support team with the info below, as this is not the type of issue we can resolve via the Forum:

  • Confirm if this is happening for a specific channel

  • Screenshot of your set up

  • Screenshot of actions you took in Asana (including date and time stamp) and a screenshot of the Slack channel you should have been notified in
