I wanted to add to an existing rule in our board that allows all new cards show up as notifications within a specific Slack channel. Unfortunately, even when I’ve authenticated Asana/Slack a number of times, I get an error with no reason why it isn’t going through.
I’m currently in Google Chrome Version 91.0.4472.101 (Official Build) (x86_64).
The first screenshot is the way I set up the rule. The second screenshot is the result when I hit “Save.”
Hi @Erin_Pitts, I’m sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue! Could you please try the troubleshooting steps below and let me know if any of these resolve the issue? Please also try reinstalling the integration.

@Rebecca_McGrath I have tried all of the above, including restarting my computer. Unfortunately, it still does not work.
@Rebecca_McGrath I figured it out. The integration was not locked into my channel, but only to the workspace. I’m sure these steps helped either way. Thanks!
