Slack-Asana Integration issue: Assigning Tasks to Specific Sections Based on Form Input

Description:

I’m setting up a Slack workflow to create tasks in Asana and assign them to specific sections based on user responses in a form. Here’s the setup, the issue, and my current theory on what might be causing the problem:

1. Workflow Setup:
• In Slack, I created a form with a question called “Content Team,” where users select either “Graphics” or “Copy.”
• This response is meant to populate the “Section” field in the “Add task to a section” step within the Slack-Asana integration.
• The workflow is set up so that the response from “Content Team” should dictate which section (“Graphics” or “Copy”) the task is moved to in Asana.
2. Problem:
• While the task is created in the correct project, it isn’t moved to the specified section. Instead, I get an error from Slackbot: “There was a problem with the information the user provided.”
3. Current Theory:
• I suspect that the issue might be related to how the options in the “Content Team” question are formatted. My theory is that I might need to format the “Graphics” and “Copy” options in a way that Asana can correctly interpret when it receives this information.
4. Request for Help:
• Has anyone experienced a similar issue with formatting dropdown options in Slack forms for Asana integration?
• Does anyone know how to format options so Asana can properly interpret them, or have suggestions for a workaround?

Any guidance on formatting or other solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
