Is there a way to know who a membership request was sent to, so that I know who to follow up with later?

The admin of the organization should be able to see a team’s name, number of Members, privacy permissions, creation date & creator through the Admin Console. Please have a look at the following guide article for additional information: Admin Console • Asana Product Guide
