My team and I are currently in the process of implementing Asana throughout our digital teams to manage projects, programs, and products, as well as day-to-day operations. We would love a feature that allows us to see project progression within the Portfolio Timeline view. This will allow us to easily see how projects within our portfolios are progressing superimposed onto the overall project durations. Moreover, this can help us determine if projects are still on target and visualize the progression and project duration “baseline”.

In the list view you see the project completion % based on task completion. In the timeline however you have to rely on milestones to show progress. It will show overdue ones in red, completed ones in green and their upcoming ones
