Section removed from a project template shows confusing warning about "tasks will be moved"

If you are in a project template, and remove an empty section (which isn’t part of a bundle) there is a confusing message saying tasks will be moved to the first section of the template.

I believe this is a bug, since the section is empty… this was confusing because this is a template so it got me thinking that maybe that section was part of a bundle but it wasn’t…
