Some new projects recently have been missing a whole section of tasks when created from a template.

We have used this template 100s of times with no issues and then in the last 3 weeks its happened 3 times where a section was missing. No changes to the template were made. The section that is missing is still in the template. Does anyone know what causes this and also how to fix it?

This is the Image that shows that the Marketing Campaign tasks are in this template

This is showing that we used the same template for this Project “Assistant Director..”

And here is that same project “Assistant Director” with the missing tasks after making it with the Template.

This has happened to 3 projects now so any insight would be super helpful.

Hey @Ryan_Brown4, welcome to the Forum! I do believe this is a support question, since if there weren’t any changes the Template should work properly. I would suggest to contact support and let them know about the issue.
