When saving layout you should be allowed to save own personal user layout without updating entire board

This is currently an expected behaviour, not a bug! But if you haven’t yet, I’d recommend casting your vote in the following thread: User-level "save layout as default" 
I don’t have any update on this topic just yet, but I’ll make sure to post an update in the Forum as soon as things will be moving on this front!

@Marie any update here? This is something our team would really like to see. we all work very differently and it has taken us a few weeks to realize that this is intentional and not a bug.
