Rules - Task completion status move to section issue

I have a rule set up as ‘When Task completion status is changed to Complete’ > ‘Move Task to section Completed’.

The parent tasks have various subtasks, and these may or may not always be completed. The rule runs correctly only when the parent task is marked as complete.

The issue is that when it moves the parent task to the completed section, it is individually showing all of the completed subtasks under the completed section too. It usually just shows the parent task, and you can click the arrow to the left of the parent task to see all of the subtasks underneath. But for some reason it is showing all of the competed subtasks as individual rows when moving the parent task to the completed section.

Is there a way to change this so it only shows the parent task when it moves it to this section, rather than all of the subtasks as well?

Hi @Quality_Team , it seems like your rule is acting on subtasks as well. If you edit your rule, look for the setting in the top right area that says Run on tasks and subtasks. Change it to run only on tasks.
