Does anyone else find the new rules really difficult? I liked the way they had them before, where you stayed withing the project to build the rules on the right side. Not only is the view in a new window for me, but I can’t figure out how to do basic rules like moving a task that is approaching its due date. I see the due date approaching rule, but is grayed out because it triggers only work on tasks? Help me see the efficiency in the new rules setup.
The old editor was also opening in a new window, not sure what you are referring to.
In your case, the trigger doesn’t work because in the top right corner by default it runs on tasks and subtasks.
You don’t see it yet, but this new Editor is actually way more powerful. I do agree it is confusing, and the clients we help use Asana with iDO are often confused by it. Is there anything else that confuses you?
