rules function is not available

Hello,

My team has a Premium level membership with Asana. In the past, I built a template that we all use that has rules. I just noticed that none of the projects that have been built with that template have the rules choice available. Even I look at the customized page in the right corner and scroll down, It’s also don’t have any displaying the rules option at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Nicolette_Xiao and welcome to the forum,

The fact that your Customize pane shows Fields, Apps, and Forms but not Rules or Task Templates typically indicates that you’re logged into Asana as a guest. Guests don’t have access to configuring rules or task templates.
