I’ve attempted to apply a rule to do things that Asana used to do automatically. Every time I try, the rule doesn’t trigger properly. I want my tasks to move when completed to the Upcoming section, but instead, they always show up in the Recently Assigned section.

Are you talking about MyTasks module? Maybe you have another rule configured? I’ve tested your rule and it works properly.

I’ve also tested this Rule and can confirm that it has run as expected for me too! In this case, I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team with more details on your Rule setup for your My Tasks. Our Support team has access to additional tools that we don’t have here on the Community team to be able to look into this further for you.
