Rules availability question

Hi! Am I correct in thinking that this is only a feature available on certain tiers? The “Routing” rules are prompting me to upgrade, as is the “Create Custom Rule.”

Would appreciate your help to make this work!


Business or Enterprise plans have full rule functionality, and Premium has limited rule functionality.

Thanks, I have reviewed those. I was wondering if the workaround posed in the thread was split off from relied on this functionality or if someone had found another work around for the same purpose?


I believe the approaches rely either on Business/Enterprise, or perhaps you could accomplish with (cc @Phil_Seeman).

Our Flowsana integration does allow Asana Premium users to build a variety of rules that otherwise require an Asana Business or Enterprise subscription, via the Flowsana web portal.
