I would love to see a new rule trigger that is simply “task assigned to someone else.”
Right now, I’ve seen people in my organization setup a rule for everyone else in the organization (one rule for each person mind you!) that, upon one of their tasks being assigned to them, moves their task to a section in their own project called “Waiting on others…”
The obscene amount of rules this takes to accomplish that automation would be resolved by having a trigger that is read simply by the act of the task being assigned to anyone other than yourself.
