Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: I set up two rules that are supposed to add 1 approval and 1 subtask (rule A) and 1 comment (rule B) to tasks when moved to a certain section with a certain custom field response. Both rules have been duplicating the output (approval, subtask, and comment) so instead of the task having 1 approval and 1 subtask, it has 2 of each.
Steps to reproduce: I was having this issue yesterday and again today. I tried re-writing the rules and it still happens.
Browser version: Desktop App on Windows
What version of Asana are you using (Basic/Premium/Business/Enterprise)? Enterprise

Hi @Diane_Eshelman are these the only rules in the project or are there others?
There are other rules but none that have to do with subtasks, approvals, or comments.

Can you post the details of your rule(s) (screenshots are really helpful)?
These are two examples. The rule creates 4 subtasks and assigns it to different individuals based on the “LTD Program impact” field. It seems like when I select 1 option under the LTD program impact field, it doesn’t duplicate but when I select multiple options, it will duplicate some of the tasks, not all.
