Rule doesn't work: last run on Dec. 31, 1969?

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: Rule is set when a task is moved to a certain section, subtasks are added. When task is moved to the section, the pop up on the side appears, but the subtasks do not populate the task. Upon inspecting the rule, it states that the rule last run on Dec. 31, 1969.

Steps to reproduce: Move task to section with Active Rule in Board View

Browser version: Mac Desktop Version 1.5.0, Safari 15.1, Chrome Version 96.0.4664.93 (Official Build) (arm64)

Update: I tested ALL the Routing Rules on various project and NONE worked and ALL showed “Last Run December 31, 1969”

Update Part 2: Upon further research this issue seems to have stemmed from an AWS issue. Rules are now working properly!!
