Iāve gone ahead and moved this into the Report a Bug section for @Vanessa_N to look into and hopefully escalate.
Until then, I would recommend you create a support ticket, by following the instructions here: How to contact our Support Team 
And just as an idea, does it help if you create a new List view tab, by any chance?
