Hello, I was wondering if I could receive any guidance in getting a report for specific tasks from a certain timeframe. The tasks I want to track populate once an individual fills out a form with flowsana. Thank you and I appreciate it any help!

I would say this is more of an asana question. There are tasks that populate in my “New Employee” project that prompt me to send out a 30 day, 90 day, and 6 month survey for new hires. I rarely interact directly with flowsana, but I know it just plays an initial part in populating these automated tasks within my “New Employee” Asana project - all the tasks have an assigned due date that correspond with the hire date of the New employee which flowsana takes care of. I was wondering if theres a way to collect a report of all these 30,90, and 6 month survey subtasks. An example of the Main task that populates within my project is attached. Thank you for responding!
One approach would be to include a “Follow-up Survey” single-select custom field in your project template with choices for 30-day, 60-day, and 6-month.
In the template, value the custom field correspondingly for each of the three tasks.
This would permit you to use Advanced search to create and “star” (save and name) an advanced search report that could enumerate these and only these tasks across all new hires.
