Hello! So I’ve just moved my organisation on to Asana, and a colleague mistakenly added two email addresses that should not be there. I removed them as members, and not sure if I clicked deprovision at the time (only just learned about this option). So those emails have not been completely removed- the don’t show up in the members list but the do still show up when assigning tasks which is really disrupting workflow.
Any help on how to completely remove these two email addresses would be greatly appreciated!!

Since you mentioned you already removed them but didn’t click deprovision, in this case, you’d need to re-add them to the team and follow the steps again to fully deprovision them from the Organization.
