I am a new user of Asana. I am building a form that our customer will fill out for requests. I added a rule wherein it will send a confirmation email via Gmail. So, the rule is like when the task is moved to a section called “Onboarding” it will send an email via Gmail. I have no issues with the email, I received one on the email I set in the rule. My problem is that there is a link at the bottom of the email that contain the Asana link. “Sent via Asana: https://app.asana.com/0/1207282833597452/1208097506853378.” and I want this to be disabled. Is there an option for me to untick?
I agree! It can be confusing for clients and can be perceived as Spam for those not familiar with this application. I hope they can fix this! Such a bummer!
Agree. I voted when I first saw this and hope others do too. Click the title to scroll to the top and vote by clicking the purple Vote button; that’s the quickest and most effective way to express your support for a request.
That’s so stupid. Im coming from Monday.com because they are too expensive, and I felt in love with Asana, but the fact they have a non-removable signature, is non-sense…
I like the “Sent from Asana” part, I just wish there was a way to have no link following it. Even if there was simply a generic link to the Asana homepage (not our project page), that would be a good change.
Also waiting for this, rather impatiently. This could significantly increase my use value of Asana. The bit where they get a link to the task card is the most confusing bit for the receipients.
