Remove members portfolio rule

In our organisation we have a process following the completion of a project that includes removing all members and then archiving the project. Currently this is all manual. I have just discovered the remove member rule within the portfolio level rules, and while I love the idea of the rule, it would be great to have blanket options such as:

  1. Remove members not part of this Organisation
  2. Remove all members

Additionally, I would like to see the ability to stack this rule. I.e When project status is complete > Remove all members not part of this Organisation/Remove all members > Add members (may be an admin account) > Archive project.

This would be incredibly helpful for data auditing/cleansing to ensure that we are not holding on to data longer than necessary.
