The current procedure to “deprovision” old guests is very cumbersome and requires multiple notifications going to that user. That process is shown here.
We should be able to remove someone without any notice by just accessing “People” and “Remove”.
@Joe_Hackman – If you are on the paid version of Asana you can deprovision old guests through the admin portal.
