Reducing Seats

Hi there,
My team has downsized and I tried to reduce seats from 10 seats to 4seats.

Although I am receiving a confirmation on Asana itself that the seats have been reduced, and that an email will be sent. I am not receiving an email confirmation and no change is being made to my billing.

I tried to reduce it before my billing date of Sept 14, so that it can be reflected for October but this didn’t get reflected. And October 14th is coming up and I still have no confirmation that the seats will be reduced!
