I have a few Jobs that have multiple recurring tasks set up. However, most of the tasks are not actually recurring and cannot be seen in the calendar for my team… (it has the recurring symbol but its greyed out even when the recurring date is in the future and the previous task has been complete but the next recurring task is not populating through)
I have set up all my jobs the same and all other jobs seem to be working just fine.

So you are saying that a recurring task being completed does not create the next task?
Please note that Asana will not create all future instances, only the next one.

Yes that’s correct. Once marked complete there are no new instances are being created. The old task is just greyed out.
