So I have some monthly recurring tasks for some members of my team to do. Some instances of the task recurs properly -as in once completed, a duplicate will be created for the next due date. But in some instances, it doesn’t duplicate.
Examples:
For the one assigned to GA, it was just marked as complete without creating a duplicate task.
The settings look the same to me. Anyone have any ideas?

Is there any chance it’s getting duplicated but you’re not seeing it either because it goes somewhere other than where you’re looking, or you don’t have access to it? You could try advanced search with text in the title done by the assignee to be sure.

Super interesting but you are right! It shows up when I search the title of the task. It appears to not be showing up as a subtask under the same parent task. When I click into that March 28 one, it doesn’t show any parent task:
Any ideas why?

I quickly tried this in My Tasks, and a repeating subtask reappeared inside its parent as I suspected, so you might want to try Support and give them links to your task(s).
