Receiving the weekly portfolio report email every other day since 4/21

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the bug you’re experiencing:

Starting on 4/21/2024, we have been receiving the weekly portfolio report roughly every other day for every portfolio we are part of. In my case, I am part of 5 portfolios so received emails as follows:

5 weekly portfolio report emails on 4/21 (normal expected date)
5 weekly portfolio report emails on 4/23 (not expected)
5 weekly portfolio report emails on 4/24 (not expected)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a portfolio
2. Add a project to the portfolio (not sure this is necessary)
3. Select the option for Weekly Reports in notifications

Browser version:

Using Asana app version 2.1.3

What version of Asana are you using (Personal, Starter, Advanced, Enterprise, Enterprise+, Premium, Business or legacy Enterprise)?

Enterprise. Uncertain how to tell which one.

Welcome to the forum.

I use portfolios and do not face this issue. This might be a localised bug.
I suggest raising a support ticket. Here is the page with details on how to do so:

How do I get support from Asana? 

They should be able to assist.
