Portfolio reports automatically go out on a Sunday morning, I would like to be able to set the time and day these reports are set to trigger. As well as to specific who receives the report.
In its current state, with Portfolio reports being sent more or less at a random time, they are close to useless to our team.

I really like using the Portfolios to keep tabs on multiple project at once. I also like the idea of the weekly report emails that gives an overview of recent status updates. However, I’m currently receiving these emails Saturday nights at 7pm, which is one of the least likely times I’m in the mindset to review status of multiple work projects. An option to choose time/day which these are received would be great. Thoughts from others?

Bumping this - my team likes to update the status on projects on Mondays, making these emailed reports out of date and essentially useless.

I upvoted this as well. As a program manager, I can’t use this feature unless we can control sending out status updates on specific weekdays (like Friday). Sunday is somewhat useless.

My clients are really wanting this, I don’t think it has yet been developed?

100% agree. I work with Israel; they start work on Sunday. At the same time, I work with EU - they begin their week on Monday, so there would be a great idea to have more flexibility on the portfolio weekly summary sending schedule.

Reopening this thread 4 years later. We need a way to control updates so that the updates work for our global teams. I want to be able to send portfolio summary emails on Friday at 5:00PM Why is this not a feature yet, There are other platforms that can do this.

Has this been solved yet? Ideally, I want to send these on a Friday and only every fortnight. Is this possible yet?

Agree - I’d like to be able to produce updates when requested by leadership, but I am wary of encouraging leadership to believe that we, as an organization, can rely on Asana portfolio reports if we cannot provide them when requested. Thanks for listening.
Mine generate on Saturday which is annoying to fill up leader’s mailboxes over the weekend. We would really like to some flexibility to set the day and time of day. PLEASE put this on your roadmap!
