Use case: Our team uses Asana Notes for live meeting notes and agendas for most of our projects, with multiple people typing at the same time (simultaneous editing).
-
Problem: When two people edit the same note at once, changes can overwrite each other and look like content was deleted, which is eroding trust in Notes.
-
Impact: This forces us to keep live collaboration outside Asana (we used to use Word on SharePoint), and it’s a blocker to fully adopting Notes for real-time collaboration.
-
Request: Add true real-time co-editing to Notes, or at minimum show when a section is being edited by someone else so content does not get overwritten
