Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
A few users experience a reoccurring issue where they cannot change a custom field in one of our portfolios. They are able to change the field on other projects but there have been 3-4 instances where they cannot and have to ask me to do it.
Note in the screenshot, the field’s alignment is offset from the one below it.
The user has refreshed and tested in multiple browsers and the issue persists.
Could you please try the troubleshooting steps below and let me know if any of these resolve the issue? Can you also confirm if the users running into this issue are Guests or Members?
