I am a beginner so bear with! I previously used a software where you created spaces and put all the projects in them. For example I have a lot of projects under HR. How do you organize all projects under a broad category such as HR or IT or MARKETING
Couple of solutions:
- you create a team for each
- in a given team you use a fake project called β------ABC------β to separate
- you just use an acronym in project names and only use the search to navigate
I personally use the 3 solutions at once.

I explained a way to use Teams as the spaces for projects, grouped by category or area of focus, just as @Bastien_Siebman and @Emily_Roman have referenced here.
