Hey all — is anyone else seeing this on Asana public/read-only project links? Tasks that have due dates set on the internal board are showing up as “Dec 31, 1969 7:00p” on the shared link (and flagged red as overdue). The dates are definitely set — the public view just seems to fail to load them and defaults to the Unix epoch.

If you’re willing, perhaps include that screenshot in your request too–the spacing seems off–no spacing between tab titles–assuming you see that too.

I’ve seen similar issues reported with shared/public views where date fields don’t sync correctly and fall back to the Unix epoch date (Dec 31, 1969). Since the internal project is showing the correct due dates, it sounds more like a public link rendering or API data issue rather than the tasks themselves. It may be worth checking if the project permissions, public sharing settings, or any recent Asana updates changed something. If it’s happening consistently across multiple projects, I’d suggest reporting it to Asana support with screenshots and the affected public links so they can investigate the backend issue.
