Locking tasks into projects

Is there any way to lock the project field on tasks please? I am creating a project and don’t want anyone to be able to remove the tasks from the project (else my project is incomplete!). Is there anyway that I can lock this field so the task is never removed from the project by other people who have access to the task (mainly by being assigned to them to carry something out).
