I would like to see how we could use the project due date to span multiple days. For instance We use projects to track IT installations. We have a Project that is the vendor name and each task is a new install. We use the due date on this task to be put on the shared calendar. I would like to be able to span multiple days on this is it possible.
If you have a premium account then you can use “start dates” and you will see tasks from start until due date.
If you have the free version then you can use Instagantt and connect your asana project. Instagantt will provide you with a gantt chart view.

We have a premium account and we would like to know how to add a Start Date to a project. We can’t seem to find start date as a default field.
Click the “i” icon in the project’s header, then in the popup click “No due date.” Look toward the bottom of that popup–there are fields for Start Date and Due Date.
