Hi,
I would really like to see Asana create the following permissions for projects
Viewing permissions > View all items on board OR > View only items that are assigned to users or created by them in any “People” column**
Everyone can then see the project structure and all its columns but only see the tasks assigned to them and the information in those columns for that specific line.
I do not want to use the filter button to see ‘only tasks assigned to me’ as everyone else’s tasks within that project need to remain ‘confidential’ and if the person unfiltered the ‘see only tasks’ assigned to me, they would then have site of everyones tasks.
The work around for this at the moment is having a master project with all the tasks and assigness and then creating a rule that if a certain person is assigned add task to their project, so I have it sitting in 2 places and then have to create this same rule for about 12 people which means I have like 13 of the same project board for all the different assignees.
Please can the developers come up with a way of creating these permissions
