Hi @Anika_Nissen, without access to your account, it is hard to tell. When I say Guest, I mean Guest of your Organisation (as in they don’t share your organisation email domain). If you’d like us to investigate further, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team who will be able to take a look into your account. Just make sure to mention which members can’t see each other!
