I have updated progress accessing key results via the goals screen but the progress has not reflected on my project. How can I troubleshoot this?
@Oojaala_Surujhlal - welcome to the forum! I’m not sure I understand what you’ve done and are trying to do. Could you explain a bit more (and maybe include some screenshots)?

@Oojaala_Surujhlal The idea of automatic Goal progress is to update the progress of the Goal through projects (or tasks or portfolios), not the other way round. In Asana’s hierarchy, projects are positioned below Goals and are designed to support them.
That means that if you select ‘Goal progress’ as automatic and link projects to it, the completion of projects will update the completion of Goals. If you select manual progression of Goals and link projects to them, one will not affect the other.
