Printing Only Incomplete Tasks - No Longer Working

Hi I use Asana as a tasklist with filters on Completed/Incompleted tasks, I used to print the list from my project and it used to print only the incomplete tasks. Now, I see the report is coming with completed tasks.

Can someone help tell me how I can print incomplete tasks only?

Hi Andrew,

I’ve tested on my side, it seems to work if you filter by Incomplete Tasks then you need to Save view before printing.

This might be due to the changes of the printing feature Asana introduced a short while ago.

Check this feedback out and let me know - I can merge both of them together to tally up the votes.

Bring back the previous print layout of tasks

Please bring back the previous print / PDF format where by the task, its custom fields, subtasks and info in its description is visible. I do not need to unhide custom fields from task pane everytime I need to print. The new behaviour makes the print mopre of screen shot than. a full print of the entire task. Thanks!

Your suggestion works only on the view tab. I just tried and selected to print the boar from asana and all the completed tasks printed.

You mean list view by “view tab”?
I’ve tried on my side, and it’s working with List, Board and Calendar view.

Here for the board view:

I had the same problem. Saving the view fixed the issue. You didn’t have to save the view in first in the past.
