Hi @Lindsay16 if there is not much information, why dont you create a project with the custom fields you want, and print screen the image. Of course, this is only useful, if the list is not long.

I would apply a filter to the list (or other view) to show the limited array of tasks that need to be printed (by date, by project, by section, etc.) and then use the Print function from that project (or from the My Tasks area).
