For Advanced plan, basic fee is $30 per month per license.
AI Studio is $150 per month. Includes 100K credits per month.
Based on recent performance, each person uses 200K credits per month.
By simple calculation, each person will cost an additional $300.
I think it’s a little expensive.

Hi @Ka_Nishiyama,
Based on my understanding additional credits are significantly cheaper than the initial plan.
The calculation that I find most interesting is what is the value you get for that price?
Are the rules you are implementing per person actually the ones that have the biggest impact?

It’s hard to put the value gained into numbers accurately.
I would think it is not as straightforward as hours_saved * hourly_wage = money_saved
Some questions for your consideration:
- What are you going to do with the time you saved?
- Does it actually impact the wages your company sends each month?
- Are you implementing this at a bottleneck?
- What difference does that make in calculating benefit?

So, the license fee is $30 and the studio fee is $300?
I think it’s expensive in a way that’s separate from cost-effectiveness.
I think that’s even more so because you can do the same things as in a AI Studio for free with Asana AI.
The difference is whether you follow the rules or not.
I really like using AIStudio with rules.
By triggering rules with recurring tasks, I can ask AIStudio to analyze other projects at specified intervals.
Actually, it seems that AIStudio can be used in the My Tasks rules, but I’m worried about the amount of credits it will consume, so I haven’t tried it yet.
