Is it possible to make the status report private so guest users cannot see? I want to be able to report issues with individuals to leadership privately.
We use Asana primarily to manage contractors. I dont want one contractor to see that we are having an issue with another contractor but want to include it in my status report to leadership.

I would suggest to create different project for internal reporting. You can use:
to automate adding tasks to this project.

You have to go to project and than click custimize. Scroll down and there should be rules section. Like this:
