Hi everyone, sorry for the delay here. Our Developers have once again made some changes on their end, and some users have confirmed that the refreshing rate has improved/is working again.
Since we are seeing different results for different users, we believe it would be best for users who are still experiencing issues to get in touch with our Support team directly, so they can file individual reports with our Developers based on each specific case. They will need information such as user and project ID’s, and unfortunately, our access here in the Forum is limited.
