Portfolio update status AI writen based on Custom fields

…we want AI to be based only on certain critical projects in the portfolio that we categorize as P1 in a custom ‘Priority’ field.

I don’t think Asana AI (here “Smart Status”) can choose specific projects contained in a portfolio (or read certain criteria and pick the right projects)… yet.

However, a workaround could be to create a portfolio rule:

• If project has custom field “Priority” as “P1”, then move to Porfolio “Port. P1”.

And then, just run the Smart Status in that P1 portfolio.
