Portfolio has dissapeared!


I had a portfolio (Asana business), and suddenly it has dissapeared. I get a window with the portfolio view (overview, list, dashboard), but it doesnt show anything and it says “it looks like you dont have access to this”.

I didnt delete it (at least that I am aware), and it is not a problem with access rights as I am the owner of the porftolio. I can see the projects in the project section, but the porftolio doesnt appear anywhere.

Any help?

Could it be that some filter options are applied?

If not, I would advise asking the Support for help.

How to?
To ceate a support ticket, go to Asana Support - Help Center • Asana (make sure you are logged in to Asana) > click the chat icon at the bottom right > type “speak to an agent” > click “Yes” > click “Something Else” > click “Create a support ticket.”

Be clear with your organization name & email domain; as well as the exact name of the portfolio and projects that don’t appear there anymore.
